The addition is... 14 feet and 24 feet the length of the house opening up the dining room directly to the kitchen and extra space elongating the living room....now this is where we are at. We don't have cabinets or flooring picked out. I'm torn if I should just cover the new floor in a tile like laminate ... or to use the space more like a living room (next to the old living room.) The existing floor is now refinished in a natural stain on solid red oak. (In the dining and old living room areas.)
